In Art we have been painting the inside of different fruits and then been doting them! We first painted the background red, then I used reds, yellows and oranges to paint and mix colours. Lastly we dotted our paintings with black, white and cream paint in little bottles. this is my one above.

i have not officialy chosen a name for it yet but it is meant to be the inside of a mango with a seed in the middle. To make it look 3D I put dots around certain features.

For a few weeks Aunty Sally came to our school and helped us to do dot painting! She was very talented, she painted beautiful paintings that I wish to one day be able to do. She taught us to not care what anyone else thinks of our paintings only what we think of it! I really enjoyed the time our class spent with her!
